The Building Department can be reached at 954-344-1025 or buildingpermits@coralsprings.org. Hours of Operation are Monday through Thursday, 7:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. and Friday, 7:30a.m. to 2:30p.m.

The One Stop Shop is located at 9500 W. Sample Road, open Monday through Thursday, from 8:00a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.

The Drop Box is available Monday through Thursday, from 8:00a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.

The Parking Garage Drop Box is available 24/7.

The Fire Inspection Division can be reached at 954-346-1396 and is open Monday through Thursday from 7a.m. - 4:30p.m. and Friday, 7a.m. to 2p.m.
